How do I make a fresh cut that's healing and has a scab into a noticeable scar?

It heard that if you keep peeling it everytime it has a scab it leaves a scar I'm NLT sure if tags true though I'm tring to leave this mark on my leg for memories it's not that big but I would like it to leave a scar
