In the new Transformers movie (Dark of the Moon), what model Camaro is Bumblebee?

I wanted to get a Camaro, and I have for a while, but I'm also a big fan of the Transformers. I wanted to get one that was as close to Bumblebee as I could get, I was even considering a custom paint job (we all know they lie about him being rally yellow). However, when I went to see the movie, he (in car mode) looked so much different that he did in Revenge of the Fallen. The stripes, the model, and even the color. I already knew Chevy was doing a 2012 model, but I, for some stupid reason, thought Bumblebee would be the same. So, I would just like some conformation that he is, in fact, the new 2012 model. I appreciate it!
