Why did it said, ' You must not use the name of the LORD your God' ?

NWT is an incorrect translation of the Bible. The greek word "Kyrios" has been mistranslated into "Jehovah" 237 times in New Testament only to support the doctrines of Jehovah's Witness (along with other mistranslations).
