What shirt should i wear with this?

Wear a loose top that is either black or corresponds to the colors of the skirt. The skirt would probably look great with a loose bright blue or bright pink top with a necklace, either sandals, flip flops, or heels, some bracelets or bangles, and maybe a blazer or sweater if its cold.
